Born and raised in Beaune, Adrien Lattard built an exceptional winemaking career through more than 20 harvests across five continents, working alongside renowned producers such as David Duband, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, and Genot-Boulanger.
In 2022, he launched his own label, crafting small-production Burgundy wines with a focus on precision, minimal intervention, low sulfur use, and extended élevage. Combining global experience with deep Burgundian roots, Adrien’s wines reflect his philosophy that great wine comes from dedication, authenticity, and respect for terroir.
