Beaufort Frères

André Beaufort converted his Champagne estate to biodynamic farming in 1969 — one of the first in the region. The domaine works grand-cru Ambonnay parcels and a plot in Polisy.

The wines are long-aged on lees, low-dosage, with a remarkably Burgundian depth of texture.
