Sixth-generation vigneron Bruno Clair has been running his Marsannay-based domaine since 1979, on 27 hectares across eight villages, including GevreyChambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and ChambolleMusigny.
The wines are structured and deeply classical, the style of grand Côte de Nuits from a family whose archive of parcels was built by his grandfather Joseph Clair between 1930 and 1960.
