Clandestin

Les Clandestins is the small Champagne project of Benoît Doussot and Bénédicte Tourneur in the Côte des Bar, farming a few parcels of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian limestone.

Wines are vinified parcel by parcel in old wood, disgorged with very low dosage, and released unhurriedly — a discreet, villagefirst reading of the southern Aube.
