Prieuré Saint-Jean de Bébian

Founded in the 11th century, the Prieuré de Bébian is today a reference of the Pézenas area, working Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre on rolled galets.

The reds combine Mediterranean richness with a long mineral finish — a modern classic of the Languedoc.
