Decideret

Decideret is a small Copenhagen-based project making natural ciders and perries from heritage apple and pear varieties grown in Danish orchards.

Bottlings like "Gewurztraminer & Apples" and "Overdrevet" are co-fermented, unfiltered and low-sulphur — a Nordic take on the pét-nat spirit, closer to a wild wine than to classic cider.
