Florian Moll and Sven Enderle started their micro-estate in Münchweier, Baden, in 2007, farming a handful of hectares of old Pinot Noir on limestone and granite.
The wines have quickly become a referencefor young German Pinot: whole-cluster ferments, old oak, minimal sulphur.
