Sébastien "Babass" Dervieux took over Les Griottes in Anjou and continues its spirit as Les Vignes de Babass — low-sulphur, whole-cluster, hand-harvested Loire reds and whites.
His wines are among the most direct and spirited of the new Anjou generation.
