Michèle Aubéry-Laurent has farmed Gramenon biodynamically in the Drôme since the 1970s, building one of the southern Rhône's most quietly influential estates on old Grenache and whole-bunch fermentation.
Alongside her, her son Maxime-François Laurent has run his own négoce, Les Vins de Maxime, since 2006 — six hectares between Montbrison-sur-Lez and Valréas, no sulphur at fermentation, no fining, no filtration. « Il fait soif » is his statement of intent.
