Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, the Groffier family has worked in the Côte de Nuits for generations, with major holdings in Bonnes-Mares and Chambertin-Clos de Bèze.

Nicolas Groffier leads the vinification today with a classical approach: whole-cluster work on certain cuvées, old wood, careful extraction.
