Certified organic since 1954, Guillot-Broux is a pioneering Mâconnais domaine farming Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay across Cruzille, Chardonnay, Saint-Gengoux-deScissé and neighbouring villages.

Today run by Emmanuel and Patrice Guillot, the domaine produces clear, sapid whites and lively, old-vine reds.
