Malinga is the low-intervention project of Christoph Heiss in Kamptal. Since 2013, he has fully taken over vinification at the family estate, shaping a more focused and personal expression.
Although the family cultivates 12 hectares, less than half an hectare is selected for Malinga. Each cuvée is produced in extremely limited quantities, often just one 500L barrel per vintage.
