Jules Métras

Jules Métras carries forward one of Beaujolais’ most revered family legacies. Son of Yvon Métras, he works old-vine parcels in Chiroubles and Beaujolais, including vines planted at the end of the 19th century.

Farming is meticulous and cellar work deliberately restrained, keeping the focus on raw material rather than technique. The wines combine remarkable old-vine depth with lift, purity, and an almost weightless finish.
