Les Astrelles

Domaine Les Astrelles, based in the Gevrey-Chambertin region, has undergone significant growth since 2019 under the leadership of Isabelle Chapier and JeanMarie Chapier. With winemaker Julien Millet and vineyard manager Gaylord Boyeaux, the estate now farms 14 hectares of organic vineyards across Gevrey-

Chambertin, Marsannay, and Fixin. Alongside its estate wines, the domaine also produces négociant wines, emphasizing hand harvesting, close grower partnerships, and low-intervention winemaking with gravity-flow handling and unfiltered bottling.
