Ferdinando Principiano farms organic Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera in Monforte d’Alba. He was among the first in Barolo to reject new oak and return to long macerations in old cask.

The wines are honest, traditional Barolo and Langhe bottlings with a rare transparency.
