Séléné

Sylvère Trichard set up Domaine Séléné after working with several leading natural-wine figures. He farms old Gamay and Chardonnay parcels around Morgon and the Villages.

His approach is minimal: manual harvest, indigenous yeasts, no added sulphur until bottling. Séléné’s wines have become a reference for the young Beaujolais generation.
