Serragghia

Gabrio Bini and his son Giotto farm Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) on the wind-swept volcanic island of Pantelleria. The bush vines are dug into walled plots to protect them from the scirocco.

The wines are fermented in amphorae buried underground. Serragghia Bianco and its variations are cult bottles of natural Italian wine.
