Uchida Osamu

Osamu Uchida works a small plot of Cabernet and Merlot on gravel soils of the Haut-Médoc, farming organically and vinifying with minimal intervention.

The wines — "Miracle", "Circus", "La Vénus" — are silken, lifted and scented, a quieter, more transparent version of Bordeaux than the classical template.
